3. Subscription and Billing

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan (e.g., Setup Fee + Monthly Recurring Fee).
  • Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
  • Usage Costs: Some services (SMS, Calls, AI usage) may incur additional usage-based charges which are billed based on consumption.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice 30 days in advance. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Custom Bot and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Custom Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

AI Responses: You acknowledge that our chatbots use artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). We are not liable for any actions taken based on the information provided by the AI bot.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
